Mindful Schools, Healthier People

Developing mindfulness through meditation is a key aspect of Avanti Schools’ ethos and vision.

As we support our young people in developing their awareness to be present, to be ‘Mind’ ‘Full’ and see/hear the patterns within their thinking, it is so important to stop and develop our own mindfulness.

There are numerous self help books on the market but these are tried and tested by James Biddulph, Headteacher at Avanti Court.
